POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Head Swim Team Coach at the Foothills Area YMCA is a dedicated Full-Time coach who inspires our team. The Head Swim Coach will be essential in developing our swimmers' potential, organizing, and managing practices, clinics, meets, and other team events for the Foothills Area YMCA Swim Team.
