We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and growth-minded coach to join our competitive club program as an Associate Head Coach, with a clear pathway to transition into the sole Head Coach role. Our team has a rich history of success, built on a tradition of athlete development, strong team culture, and consistent competitive achievement at the local, regional, and state, and national levels. For years, our program has emphasized not only performance in the water, but also character, discipline, and long-term athlete growth. Many of our swimmers have gone on to excel at the high school and collegiate levels, and we take pride in maintaining a supportive, high-expectation environment.
