About YOU : We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, professional coach with strong experience working with and developing Age Group swimmers. Experience working with Junior and Senior level swimmers is preferred. This is mainly a coaching position with minimal administrative work outside of pool time. Experience in creating short and long-term plans for development is a major plus. We are looking for someone with a vision to continue to develop what has been started. Must have or be willing to obtain USA Swimming and YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving certifications. Summary The Head Coach oversees the development and strategy of the swim team.
