About ElitSwim Club
ElitSwim Club (ELIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit swim club affiliated with USA Swimming, dedicated to developing swimmers of all levels. We focus on technical proficiency, mental training, injury prevention, and strength & conditioning. Our sister company, EliteSwim LLC, runs over 12,000 swim lessons annually for the City of San Ramon, offering additional professional growth opportunities.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an Assistant Coach who is passionate about performance swimming and athlete development. This role will:
  • Assist with Age Group practices (6 per week)
  • Conduct 3-4 hours of in-person pool practice daily, including Saturday mornings & weekend meets
  • Assist with weekly dryland training
  • Perform 0-1.5 hours/day of administrative work (scheduling, meet enrollment, communication)
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to foster a supportive, inclusive team culture
Desired Qualifications
✔️ Passion for swimming and coaching
✔️ Experience as a competitive swimmer or 2+ years of coaching experience (or equivalent combination of coaching & high-level competitive athletics)
✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔️ USA Swimming Coach Membership (or willingness to obtain before first meet)
✔️ CPR/AED & Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain before first meet)

About Us

Paschalis Ntatsos is the Founder/Head Coach of the ElitSwim Club.
Paschalis has an extended background in competitive swimming at the highest levels and has vast experience and deep knowledge of performance swimming at all ages. He has designed all groups' curricula and will guide all aspects of the program's development. ElitSwim Club is about quality training, water efficiency, eliminating resistance for maximum performance, and avoiding any swimmer's injuries. We are in the process of hiring qualified staff that will assist in our vision and future goals of our Club. 
 
ElitSwim Club is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Our volunteers Board Of Directors includes only passionate and skilled individuals with deep knowledge of swimming, positive and energetic to create the best possible and supportive environment for all, and, most importantly, love and respect for the sport and its members.
 
Our primary location for our Club programs is the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center, DVAC/DVHS, at 10550 Albion Road, San Ramon, CA 94582.

The secondary location is the San Ramon Olympic Pool/California High School. 9900 Broadmoor Dr, San Ramon, CA 94583.

ElitSwim Club (ELIT) is a, 501(c)(3) non-profit 501(c)(3) USA Swimming affiliate Club.
Currently, the company includes two more successful programs a) a year-round pre-competitive swim team since 2013 and b) an awarded swim lessons contract for the City of San Ramon, CA, since 2018. Offering swim lessons for all ages, performing an average of 12,000+ lessons per season.


At ElitSwim Club, our focus is not just on competition but on developing well-rounded athletes. Our year-round competitive program emphasizes comprehensive training that includes nutritional education, an innovative mental approach to both training and racing, and a variety of dry land exercises designed for injury prevention and strength conditioning. We are dedicated to fostering technical proficiency in the water alongside personal growth in each athlete.

Our primary training facility is the Dougherty Valley Aquatic CenterDVAC/DVHS, and the secondary is the San Ramon Olympic Pool/Cal High, both located in San Ramon, CA.
