About ElitSwim Club
ElitSwim Club (ELIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and an affiliate of USA Swimming. In addition to our competitive swim team, we have been operating a year-round pre-competitive swim program since 2013. Our sister organization, EliteSwim LLC, offers a variety of skill-building programs throughout the year, providing additional opportunities for professional growth.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an Assistant Coach who is passionate about performance swimming and athlete development. This role will:
  • Assist with Age Group practices (6 per week)
  • Conduct 3-4 hours of in-person pool practice daily, including Saturday mornings & weekend meets
  • Assist with weekly dryland training
  • Perform 0-1.5 hours/day of administrative work (scheduling, meet enrollment, communication)
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to foster a supportive, inclusive team culture
Desired Qualifications
✔️ Passion for swimming and coaching
✔️ Experience as a competitive swimmer or 2+ years of coaching experience (or equivalent combination of coaching & high-level competitive athletics)
✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔️ USA Swimming Coach Membership (or willingness to obtain before first meet)
✔️ CPR/AED & Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain before first meet)

Paschalis Ntatsos is the Founder/Head Coach of the ElitSwim Club.
Paschalis Ntatsos has a comprehensive background in competitive swimming at the highest levels, along with extensive experience and deep knowledge of performance swimming for all age groups. He has designed the curricula for all groups and oversees every aspect of the program's development. At ElitSwim Club, we focus on high-quality training, water efficiency, reducing resistance to maximize performance, and preventing injuries among swimmers. We are currently hiring qualified staff to help us achieve our club's vision and future goals.
 
ElitSwim Club is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Our volunteer Board of Directors comprises passionate, skilled individuals with deep knowledge of swimming, who are positive and energetic, and who create the best possible and supportive environment for all, and, most importantly, who love and respect the sport and its members.
 
Our primary location for our Club programs is the Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center, DVAC/DVHS, at 10550 Albion Road, San Ramon, CA 94582.

The secondary location is the San Ramon Olympic Pool/California High School. 9900 Broadmoor Dr, San Ramon, CA 94583.
