Summary:
Hurstbourne CC seeks a dynamic Head Coach to lead a fun, safe, competitive summer program for ages 5–18. You’ll set the vision, run practices/meets, mentor assistants, and be the visible leader of our aquatics culture.
Key Responsibilities (bulleted):

Plan/lead daily practices for multiple age groups; stroke development & progressive training plans

Coach at dual/championship meets (entries, lineups, warm-ups, on-deck leadership)

Recruit/schedule/mentor assistant coaches; uphold safety and deck standards

Communicate clearly with parents/swimmers; weekly updates & meet info

Collaborate with Club leadership on calendar, budget, and spirit/events
Qualifications:

Prior age-group coaching (rec, HS, club, or country club)

Strong teaching across all four strokes; positive deck presence

Current CPR/AED & First Aid (required); SafeSport/abuse prevention (required)

Lifeguard credentials (required)

USA Swimming Coach credentials (preferred)
