We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and growth-minded coach to join our competitive club program as an Associate Head Coach, with a clear pathway to transition into the sole Head Coach role.
Our team has a rich history of success, built on a tradition of athlete development, strong team culture, and consistent competitive achievement at the local, regional, and state, and national levels. For years, our program has emphasized not only performance in the water, but also character, discipline, and long-term athlete growth. Many of our swimmers have gone on to excel at the high school and collegiate levels, and we take pride in maintaining a supportive, high-expectation environment.
This position is ideal for a coach who is eager to grow into a leadership role. The selected candidate will work closely with current leadership to learn all aspects of the program, including practice planning, athlete development, meet management, and team operations. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into the sole Head Coach position, making it a unique opportunity for someone looking to lead and shape a program. You will coach all levels from beginner to senior level kids.
