Monocacy Aquatic Club (MAC) is a year-round USA Swimming program serving more than 200 athletes in Frederick, MD for 50 years. We pride ourselves on overall leadership, direction, and management of the club’s competitive swimming program. This includes athlete development, staff supervision, program planning, meet management, and collaboration with the MAC Board of Directors and facility partners. Our coaches are strong communicators, effective leaders, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture for all stakeholders.
