Summer Swim Assistant Coach – Dolphin Swim Team Vineland
Dolphin Swim Team Vineland is seeking a high-energy, competitive Summer Swim Coach for the 2026 season.
Season Dates: May 17 – August 2
Schedule:
May 17 – June 25: Evening practices (indoor) 4-6:15pm
Starting June 26: Morning practices (outdoor) 6:30-11:00am
This is a very competitive team environment. We are looking for a coach who can push athletes, build strong race skills, and bring intensity to every practice while still keeping it fun.
Responsibilities:
Lead structured, high-level swim practices
Coach swimmers ages 6–18 across all ability levels
Prepare athletes for meets and competition
Attend meets and support team events
Qualifications:
Competitive swimming and/or coaching experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to motivate athletes and maintain a positive, disciplined team culture
