HOURLY RANGE: $20-$22 per session (1/2 hour sessions)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist will conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective water fitness classes based on YMCA Standards & Guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in related field.
· Current CPR/AED certifications.
· Must have an Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute certification.
· Excellent customer service and communications skills.
· Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

· Physically perform all skills required of a certified Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist.
· Hear noises and distress signals in the aquatic environment, including in the water and anywhere around the zone of responsibility.
· Ability to lift equipment.
