As a brand ambassador on the pool deck, you’ll manage guest interactions, oversee safety protocols, and support our mission to deliver exceptional survival-first swim training. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality, program management, and customer service in a fun, energetic setting.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist with check-in procedures and registration processes.
  • Monitor the pool deck to ensure safety rules are followed by all guests and participants.
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and provide exceptional guest services.
  • Enforce safety protocols including lifeguard responsibilities (if certified) and emergency response procedures.
  • Engage with children and families through positive interaction, public speaking, and entertainment when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck area and ensure all equipment is properly set up, stored and maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lifeguarding or pool safety is highly preferred; current lifeguard certification is a plus.
  • Strong background in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments.
  • Ability to handle conflicts effectively with conflict management skills.
  • Comfortable working with children and adults of various ages in a lively environment.
  • Skilled in cash handling and basic administrative tasks related to guest check-in.
