Austin Store General Manager

NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME STORE MANAGER

D & J Sports is “The Dedicated Swimmer’s Outfitter!” We are a leader in the competitive swimming industry, carrying top brands including ARENA, DOLFIN, FINIS, JOLYN, SPEEDO, and TYR. In addition to competitive swimwear and equipment, we provide facility equipment, timing systems, custom team merchandise, spirit wear, and more.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to help lead our growing Austin operations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about the sport of competitive swimming.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing daily store operations
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting swimmers, coaches, and teams with product selection
• Coordinating staff schedules and overseeing team members
• Supporting swim meets, team fittings, and special events
• Assisting with inventory management and merchandising
• Helping grow team sales and customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Retail management experience preferred
• Knowledge of competitive swimming and swim products strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel for events and team fittings
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
