Private Event Lifeguard

Safeguard And Swim is seeking dependable, professional, and safety-focused lifeguards who are passionate about protecting others and making a positive impact in the community.

This role is about more than monitoring the water — it’s about helping create a safe environment where children and families can enjoy the water with confidence. We are looking for individuals who take pride in staying alert, acting responsibly, and serving as positive role models for the younger generation.

Responsibilities include maintaining constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas, enforcing safety rules, responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations, providing excellent customer service to families and guests, and representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Ideal candidates are reliable, attentive, calm under pressure, and passionate about water safety and community impact. Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred, but individuals with strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Paid training is provided to help team members succeed and uphold the high safety standards of Safeguard And Swim.

Requirements

• Current lifeguard certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
• Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
• Background check required prior to employment
• Previous aquatic or customer service experience preferred

Compensation
$24.50–$30.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
