Private Swim Instructor

Safeguard And Swim is seeking passionate, dependable, and energetic swim instructors who are committed to making a positive impact in the community through high-quality swim education and water safety.

This role is about more than teaching swim lessons,  it’s about helping save lives, building confidence in young swimmers, and inspiring the next generation through patience, leadership, and encouragement. We are looking for individuals who genuinely care about working with children and families and who take pride in creating a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.

Responsibilities include teaching structured swim lessons, maintaining a strong focus on safety and swimmer development, communicating professionally with parents, and representing the company with professionalism and positivity.

Ideal candidates are reliable, personable, safety-minded, and passionate about helping children grow both in and out of the water. Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but individuals with strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Paid training is provided to help instructors succeed and maintain the high standards of Safeguard And Swim.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with children and families
• Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
• Background check required prior to employment
• Swim instruction and/or aquatic experience preferred

Compensation
$35.00–$55.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
