Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking a Glenbrook Aquatics Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach for Glenbrook Aquatics' Respect group.
The Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach for Glenbrook Aquatics is the primary architect of the program’s identity and cultural standard, providing a strategic vision for the club and directing the path toward technical and performance excellence. The Head Coach will work in direct synergy with the coaching staff and Head Age Group Coaches to ensure a cohesive "one-club" philosophy that breathes life into the mission, vision, and values of the Glenbrook Aquatics program.
The Head Coach is responsible for all coaching aspects related to the planning, preparation, and implementation of the comprehensive swim program as a pillar of the larger Glenbrook Aquatics program. This includes overseeing the day-to-day coaching strategy for each age group, providing direction and mentoring to the coaching staff, and developing and maintaining the overall coaching philosophy for the Glenbrook Aquatics organization.
This position also serves as the Head Age Group Coach for Respect.

To create a comprehensive high school experience, the Glenbrooks focus on four distinct areas: Academics, Athletics, Activities, and the Arts.
