The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach and Coaching Team with organizing the Sharks Swim Team. Position conducts practice, motivates athletes, and instructs athletes in strategies and techniques. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding leadership and motivational skills with a strong sense of personal integrity and can function as a part of a coaching team and overall Aquatics team.
