Salary: $66,300 Annually The Jamaica YMCA is seeking an Aquatics Director who will provide leadership to the Aquatics Department at the branch. They will follow all YMCA and DOH aquatics standards to maintain safety for all aquatics programs in and around the swim area. The Aquatics Director will serve as a model to promote and demonstrate a professional demeanor (uniform and positive attitude) to other aquatics staff. Key Responsibilities: Know and understand all YMCA, state, and local Health and Safety requirements, including Pool Safety Plan, Emergency Action Plan, Emergency Evacuation Routes, and staff certifications.
