Job Description: The Assistant Swim Coach plays a vital role in assisting the head coach in developing and implementing effective training programs for swimmers of various skill levels. This role involves assisting with coaching sessions, providing technical guidance, fostering a positive and motivating training environment, and contributing to the overall success of the swim team.
