We are seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Swim Coach to support our summer league program. This is a fast-paced role that requires patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for working with kids. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach during practices, reinforcing drills and techniques that are taught, and providing positive, constructive corrections when swimmers are struggling. The assistant coach should be able to recognize improper technique and correct it in a clear, encouraging, and age-appropriate manner. The ideal candidate will help create a fun, supportive, and motivating environment, build positive relationships with swimmers, and contribute to team morale.
