Coast Aquatics is a board-governed, 501(c)(3) non-profit swim club located along Florida’s Emerald Coast, with training sites in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Niceville. We serve a growing community of 200+ competitive swimmers (ages 6–18) and a thriving Master’s program. Our mission is to build strong swimmers and strong individuals through discipline, accountability, and perseverance. We are seeking a Head Coach who brings both technical expertise and leadership presence. This role requires someone who can develop athletes at every level, lead and align a coaching staff, and partner with the Board to move the program forward in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
