Make a splash this summer as our Head Swim Team Coach —a high-hospitality leadership role perfect for someone who’s passionate about developing young athletes and creating an energetic, team-first environment. In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of our summer swim program, from organizing practices and competitive swim meets to planning team socials and a memorable end-of-season celebration. You’ll mentor swimmers of all skill levels, support assistant coaches, and foster a culture that balances competition with fun, safety, and personal growth. This position includes a schedule of 20–25 hours per week (can obtain more hours with swim lessons or lifeguarding), including mornings, evenings, and weekends) and the opportunity to build strong relationships with swimmers and families.
