Under the direction of the Head Coach, this position will assist in the day-to-day operation of a year-round competitive aquatic club team utilizing a 25-yard competitive swimming pool at a Pre-K3-Grade 12 private school in Orange Park, FL. We aspire to become a destination for swim lessons (ie, we will create a swim school open to the public) AND a USA Swim team that draws swimmers from around the world. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and competitive individual who desires to build their own program. As we are a boarding school for grades 4-9, onsite housing is available for this position and of course, for members of our future swim team.
