This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced swim instructor, deck supervisor, or aquatic professional who loves developing staff, creating exceptional experiences for families, and ensuring the highest quality swim instruction. As the Swim School Program Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one of Southern California's premier swim lesson programs. This position is primarily an   on-deck leadership role , working closely with instructors during lesson hours to provide coaching, support, training, and oversight that ensures every swimmer receives safe, effective, and fun instruction.
