Splash Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and experienced Assistant Swim Coach & Lesson Program Manager to join our staff full-time. This unique role blends leadership of our expanding swim lesson program with hands-on coaching responsibilities for our competitive team. The ideal candidate is passionate about swimmer development, comfortable managing people and processes, and excited to contribute to a club with deep history and strong community support.

Founded in 1950, Splash Club is one of the oldest continuously operating swim clubs in the United States. We train and host meets in the Phillips 66 Aquatic Center, widely regarded as one of the finest 6‑lane facilities in the country.
Our Executive Director/Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach bring over 90 years of combined coaching experience and more than 70 years of LSC and National Governance experience, offering exceptional mentorship for an aspiring aquatic professional.
