Position Overview Located in Williamsburg, Virginia, 757swim, a member-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is seeking a motivated, organized, and community-driven Director of Business Development to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the organization’s footprint. The Director of Business Development reports to the Executive Director and plays a key leadership role in growing the competitive and community swimming programs and managing member relationships.
