RUSH Assistant Coach Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY Assists in coaching individuals and groups in competitive swimming; demonstrates proper use of equipment and techniques; observes swimmers to detect and correct mistakes; attends and supports swim meets; and contributes to the overall success and culture of the RUSH swim program. SUPERVISION Reports to the Aquatic Director and Head Swim Coach.
