Metro Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire full-time and part-time coaches in the DMV area including positions in Montgomery County, D.C. and Northern Virginia. These positions would report directly to the head site coaches and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers. We have opportunities to work with all age groups: 8 & under, 9–12-year-old and 13 & over athletes. The Aquatics Director is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center Aquatic Department, directly managing the aquatic staff (interview, hire, train, evaluate) and aquatic programs with the continual goal of better usage of the pool and meeting the needs of the community.
