Head Age Group Coach (Full-Time) West Fargo Flyers Swim Team – West Fargo, ND The West Fargo Flyers are growing team with over 200 athletes. The Flyers, a volunteer parent board–run 501(c)(3) nonprofit swim team based in West Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a positive, energetic, flexible, passionate, team-oriented, and self-motivated coach to lead our 12 & Under athletes. Our team trains year-round at the Hulbert Aquatic Center (50-meter pool, 10 lanes). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of stroke mechanics, athlete development, and age-appropriate training techniques, along with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coaching staff, swimmers, and parents.
