Schedule: Adjusted annually to match school & practice schedule. Most recent schedule has been approximately M-Th 2:45--6:00 pm, F 12:45-3:30 pm; Season runs from Mid-August to Mid-May with a summer break season. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about stroke mechanics for all 4 of the competitive strokes and have strong teaching and communication skills. The assistant swim coach will provide support to the Head Coach and Viking Swim Team which include writing and leading in-water practices for groups of 10-30 athletes ranging in age from 6 to 18, and coaching alongside head coach as well as independently.
