Under the direction of the Director of Competitive & Developmental Swimming, Head Swim Coach, and/or the Center Aquatics Director, the Swim Coach will assist with all aspects of planning and preparation for the Tampa YMCA Swim Team program. The Swim Coach will assist in the development and recruitment of swimmers participating with the Tampa YMCA Swim Team programs and YMCA Swim Lesson program.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Head Swim Coach with the development and implementation of workouts, trainings and season plans. Lead supervised structured practices and/or dry land trainings, ensure attendance is documented. Evaluate swimmer ability/performance and plan strategies for their improvement.
