Job Duties and Responsibilities: Program Leadership and Development Design, implement, and communicate an annual training plan for all competitive groups from developmental through elite. Create progressive and engaging practices that teach proper stroke mechanics, endurance, and racing strategies. The Aldan Swim Club is searching for a Pool Manager.  The individual we are searching for must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy with excellent people skills.  Knowledge of pool operations is essential.  Some of the responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, managing water chemistry, assuring the safety of members and employees, coordinating with the Recreation Dept. to staff special events and minor daily maintenance of the facility.   A complete job description is available.
