Seeking part-time lifeguards ($18-22/hour) and full time swim instructors (coaches) ($22-25/hour).  We are a privately-owned (not franchised) swim school in Wellesley, MA, located in a beautiful facility. 

Position Summary Revolution is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Age Group Swim Coach to support our swimmers ages 8–13. This role focuses on providing high-quality technique instruction, consistent support of fellow coaches, athletes, and families, fostering a positive team environment, and coaching at swim meets. Typical Schedule On-deck coaching commitment typically ranges from 10-20 hours per week. Typical schedule includes 4-5 evenings per week and Sunday mornings with one to two meets on weekends per month.
