We are a small club (~80 swimmers) located in Houston (training at 2603 Timmons Ln, Houston, TX 77027). Job Description We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual to assist with our developmental 9-12 group, our advanced 9-12 group, and occasionally with our senior swimmers (13-18). Our primary criteria: ability and/or desire to coach actively and thoroughly from a technical aspect, plus character and values that the kids can emulate. Ideally, candidates have age group coaching experience and over a decade of personal swimming experience. Coach will be expected to attend all practices and meets as assigned. We are looking for a second Assistant Coach to join our Head Coach and Assistant Coach. We are a team of about 200 swimmers located in Cypress Texas. We have a great 8 lane pool that we use for practices which start on April 21st and home meets our season concludes on June 21st.  We are happy to work with your work or school schedules and accommodate for any planned vacations. 

Job description About Fast Track Swimming Water Safety: We offer students a variety of swim and sport programs at Fast Track, none as important as our Infant and Toddler Water Safety Program. Our philosophy fosters the development of water safety for children 6 months-3 years old, allowing them to learn the skills necessary to survive and thrive in the water: rolling to their back, floating, swimming back to the edge of the pool, and exiting the pool to avoid drowning. These skills arm children with the tools they need to safely access the water and sets them up to be confident swimmers as they grow older.
