The Position We're looking for an energetic, dependable Part-Time Coach to join our staff for the 2026–2027 season and beyond. You'll work alongside our Head Site Coach and Site Directors to deliver Machine's training program, support athletes on deck and in the water, and represent the team at competitions. The Opportunity As a full-time Senior or Age Group Coach, you will join a dynamic family of coaches for the day-to-day development of athletes within your assigned training groups, partner with the Head Coach and Coach Directors in implementation of the season plan, and participate in long-term planning. You will help set the tone for excellence across your site. This is a leadership role for an experienced coach who is ready to build on Machine's culture, drive performance, and invest deeply in the athletes in their practices.
