POSITION TITLE:             Program Supervisor – Aquatics (Full-Time) DIVISION:                         Recreation & Facilities REPORTS TO:                   Recreation Services Manager FLSA STATUS:                  Non-exempt, Part-time, Starting at $21.00 per hour            Purpose of Position: The purpose of this full-time position is to develop, plan, implement and evaluate exemplary aquatics programs, focusing on swim lessons to meet the recreational needs of the Carmel community.
