Position Overview: NPAC is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming and Diving Director to lead the program and continue building a strong foundation for success. This individual will oversee all aspects of the swim and dive programs, develop athletes at every level, guide the coaching staff, and promote a positive and professional team culture that reflects NPAC’s mission and values. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Program Leadership and Development Design, implement, and communicate an annual training plan for all competitive groups from developmental through elite. Create progressive and engaging practices that teach proper stroke mechanics, endurance, and racing strategies. We are a USA Swimming Club in the Pittsburgh (Bellevue / Avonworth ) area looking for a coach who will be able to coach our Fall/Winter Season and possibly Summer Long Course season if interested. We are looking for a candidate who would like to stay with the program for long term.                 - Runs from September to the end of March (option for Long Course in Summer)                 - P ractices are in the evenings and are held at an indoor facility ** Long Course runs from the end of April to end of July with M/W/F evening and T/TH morning practices.
