Assistant Coaches will help implement daily practices, teach foundational swimming skills, support swimmer development, and contribute to a positive, athlete-centered team environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic teachers who enjoy working with young athletes and value long-term swimmer development, technical progression, and team culture. Responsibilities may include assisting with practices, swimmer evaluation and placement, meet support, parent communication, and helping foster confidence, work ethic, and a love for the sport. Part-time positions available. Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications. USA Swimming certification (or ability to obtain prior to coaching) required.
