The Coeur d’Alene Area Swim Team is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience coaching competitive swimmers of various age groups, fostering a positive and challenging environment, and contributing to the growth and development of athletes at all skill levels. Responsibilities: Lead and manage age group swim practices focusing on technique, conditioning, and race prep for meets Provide on-deck instruction during practices, including drills, technique refinement, and stroke development Offer feedback and constructive criticism to swimmers to help improve performance in a positive manner Create a supportive and positive team culture that encourages individual growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
