The Eagle Swim Team (EST) (www.eagleswimteam.com) has a salaried position open as the Developmental Coordinator working with our 10 & Under Swimmers. Our team is home to 210 motivated swimmers ages 6-18; abilities range from novice to national qualifiers. The Eagles are based at the McDonogh School ( www.mcdonogh.org ) located in Owings Mills, MD, and train at the Henry Rosenberg Aquatic Center (8-lane 50-meter pool) which opened in 2006.
