For the first time in 25 years, the Hillside Swim Team is seeking a new leader. Hillside is a neighborhood summer club in Greeley, CO, with a 66-year tradition. Our season begins Tuesday, May 26, 2026 , and concludes with the State Meet the last weekend of July. The team banquet is a celebration of the season and is typically held a few days after the conclusion of the State Meet. While we prefer a multi-summer commitment to maintain our program's stability, all qualified, technically-sound applicants are welcome. Highlands Ranch Aquatics (HRA), located on the south side of Denver, seeks an age group development coach passionate about teaching and motivating young athletes. HRA has been a USA Swimming Silver Medal Club (2024 and 2025), with a history of producing State, Zone, Sectional, Junior National, US Open, and Olympic Trials qualifiers, as well as developing collegiate student athletes.  HRA recently won the 2026 Colorado Swimming Medium Team Age Group State Championships, and we're looking for the right candidate to help continue our mission and success.  The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in stroke mechanics and have strong teaching and communication skills. This individual will also be enthusiastic, patient, and team-oriented.
