As a former National-level Swimmer and a competitive CrossFit athlete, I bring a deep understanding of the discipline and teamwork required in sports. Hi, I'm Julia, and I have been a swimmer for 11 years; I am currently swimming for the University of Denver. I've had previous coaching experience at my club team, Rocket Aquatics; I coached our beginner pre-competition lessons, all the way up through middle-school and high-school age kids. 

I'm a highly motivated and enthusiastic swimming coach from West Wales, United Kingdom seeking employment in swimming coaching in the United States of America. I am a dedicated and dynamic swimming coach with strong experience developing young athletes across different age groups. I hold all five ASCA certifications—an achievement reached by only a select few coaches in Brazil—and I am currently pursuing a degree in Physical Education at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
