HVA Current is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Lead Coach to oversee our Ripples and Ripcurrent developmental programs in Hampton, Virginia. This position plays a key role in building strong technical foundations, fostering confidence and work ethic, and creating a positive team culture for developing swimmers. The Lead Coach will work closely with the Head Age Group Coach to implement daily training progressions, evaluate swimmer development and placement, support assistant coaches, and communicate professionally with parents and athletes. HVA Current is seeking energetic and motivated Assistant Coaches to support our developmental and age group programs in Hampton, Virginia. Assistant Coaches will help implement daily practices, teach foundational swimming skills, support swimmer development, and contribute to a positive, athlete-centered team environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic teachers who enjoy working with young athletes and value long-term swimmer development, technical progression, and team culture. Responsibilities may include assisting with practices, swimmer evaluation and placement, meet support, parent communication, and helping foster confidence, work ethic, and a love for the sport.
