HVA Current is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Lead Coach to oversee our Ripples and Ripcurrent developmental programs in Hampton, Virginia. This position plays a key role in building strong technical foundations, fostering confidence and work ethic, and creating a positive team culture for developing swimmers. The Lead Coach will work closely with the Head Age Group Coach to implement daily training progressions, evaluate swimmer development and placement, support assistant coaches, and communicate professionally with parents and athletes. Assistant Coaches will help implement daily practices, teach foundational swimming skills, support swimmer development, and contribute to a positive, athlete-centered team environment.
