The Head Swim Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Club’s swim program, fostering a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment for swimmers ages 3–18. This role provides strategic leadership, hands-on coaching, and administrative oversight to ensure a high-quality experience for swimmers, members, and staff year-round. We provide a comprehensive program for athletes of all levels, from the beginner swimmer to the Olympian. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time coach to join our close-knit coaching staff and vibrant community. The coach will lead two of our 14 & Under groups and assist with several other groups in our Age Group program. This role involves all aspects of team development and management, with a typical week including approximately 25 hours of on-deck coaching and 15 hours of administrative work.
