Job Description
The Dearborn Dolphins are looking for a high energy, assistant coach to work with our swimmers in order to develop their skills in a challenging, enjoyable training environment. We are looking for a candidate who offers the best combination of experience, training and attributes in accordance with the following:
Qualifications:
- Experience in competitive swimming
- Experience in leadership, management or supervision preferred
- Must possess a high school diploma
- Must be a positive role model and be able to work with children of all ages and ability
- Must be able to become and maintain USA Swimming coach requirements, which can be found on the Michigan Swimming website
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, public speaking and written communication skills
- Must have evening and some weekend availability
