We are an elite swim club that elevates athletes towards greater success by providing highly professional coaching guidelines and cultivating a secure, inspiring, and motivational atmosphere. We are looking for a knowledgeable, committed age-group swim coach with an outstanding work ethic who is ready to assist our swimmers in continuing to excel and achieve their goals.

Job Title: Age-Group Swim Coach

Job Details:

- Schedule:Monday through Friday, 5:30/6:15-8:00 pm; Saturdays 7:00-9:00 am

- Location: Arcadia, with occasional swim meets (mileage compensated)

- Frequency: One to two swim meets per month

- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute macro, meso, and micro training cycles for group practices

- Provide exceptional coaching and support during USA swim meets

- Collaborate with the Head Coach in communicating essential information to swimmers and their families

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of competitive swimming experience and 1 year of coaching experience

- Strong knowledge of stroke technique, season planning, and dryland training

- USA Swimming certification required (reimbursed by the club)

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
