Water Attendant
Coastal Verve Sound LLC – Floating Sound Journeys
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and attentive Water Attendants to support our Floating Sound Journeys. This role is vital to creating a safe, seamless, and restorative experience for our guests. Water Attendants assist with event set-up, guest care, and breakdown, ensuring participants feel supported from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
• Unload, transport, and organize equipment from the truck to the pool area.
• Inflate floats and prepare all necessary materials before the event.
• Assist clients with safely loading onto floats and settling in for the journey.
• Monitor and maintain a calm, supportive environment throughout the float.
• Provide assistance to guests as they exit floats at the end of the event.
• Deflate, wipe down, and sanitize floats.
• Reload all equipment onto the truck after the event.
Qualifications
• Past experience in water sports, lifeguarding, swim instruction, or swim coaching.
• Ability to lift and move at least 20 lbs.
• Comfortable working in and around water.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent guest service skills.
Schedule & Commitment
• Part-time, event-based position.
• Must be available for evenings and weekends.
• Events typically last 3–5 hours, including setup and breakdown.

We partner with local aquatic centers to create safe, welcoming, and deeply relaxing experiences supported by a dedicated event team.
