Our locally owned, franchised swim school is seeking a long-term aquatics leader to join our growing team.

📌 The Role
Depending on your experience, this opportunity may be structured as:

• Aquatics Manager – focusing on staff training, development and support, operations, and parent education, or

• Assistant GM / GM Track – adding sales, marketing, student retention, scheduling efficiency, labor management, business KPIs, and community engagement.
