Role Description

This is a Seasonal (May - September), full-time, on-site role for a Pool Director located in Marblehead, MA. The Pool Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pool, including maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, scheduling and managing lifeguards, planning and organizing pool events, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. The Pool Director will also coordinate with other departments to support club-wide events and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool management, including lifeguard scheduling and event planning
• Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards for pool environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with other club departments
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a club or recreational environment is a plus
