🏊‍♂️ Why AAA?

Aloha Aquatics Association (AAA) is a non-profit, board-governed, and coach-led competitive swimming organization serving the communities of North, Central, and West O’ahu since 1971.

With approximately 130 members, AAA supports swimmers from the Novice to National level and operates six developmental age groups across four locations…Waipi’o, Mililani, Wahiawā, and Waialua.

🌟 The Opportunity

We’re searching for multiple energetic, motivating, and growth minded individuals to join our swim family focused program as an Assistant Coach.

This part-time position pays $17 (or more) per hour with the ability to work with different levels and locations per day.

📝 Our Ideal Candidates

Has competitive swimming and/or coaching experience

Possesses strong communication skills for athletes, parents, and peers

Is coachable, reliable, and committed to our ‘ohana nui (big family) philosophy

Will represent AAA professionally…adhering to USA Swimming, Hawaiian Swimming, and SafeSport policies

Can successfully complete all required USA Swimming credentials including background check, athlete protection and safety training, and CPR
