Age Group Swim Coach

We are seeking an energetic Age Group Coach to lead advanced and intermediate swimmers ages 9–15. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rising program and help shape its culture.

• Hours: ~20 per week

• Meets: ~1 weekend meet per month

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead practices for age group athletes

• Develop swimmers’ technical skills and training habits

• Foster a positive, motivating team environment

• Support athletes at meets and team events

• Collaborate with coaching staff to align goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Current USA Swimming Coach Certifications (may be completed once hired)

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated team player

• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills

• Passion for developing swimmers of all ages

• Knowledge of current technique and training methods
