Job Description
The Aldan Swim Club is searching for a Pool Manager. The individual we are searching for must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy with excellent people skills. Knowledge of pool operations is essential. Some of the responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, managing water chemistry, assuring the safety of members and employees, coordinating with the Recreation Dept. to staff special events and minor daily maintenance of the facility. Aldan Swim Club is a private family oriented seasonal community swim club. Our facility includes a 5 lane pool, a baby pool with beach type entry. We run a Snack bar and have a small Swim Team. We host special events during the season such as Movie Nights and Splash Parties.
